Established in October of 1993, Guillermo's has become the longest-running family owned and operated restaurant in Washington Township.  All these years later, we're still crazy and still crazy about what we do. 

Who are we?  We're Bill and Mindy, two local kids that have done all right and want to thank everyone for their love and support through the years. We were both working in an Italian restaurant, fell in love and opened our own.  We wanted a comfortable place, a place for friends and families to come, eat and relax. We wanted to work with friends and family, and we wanted to hire local kids, give them their first jobs, their first paychecks. We wanted to prepare and serve food of excellent quality, and we wanted to do that at a price that people could afford. We wanted to be the local restaurant, a BYOB, a place where customers become friends.  We wanted to be the place you're proud to hold your daughter's shower, your son's graduation, your parents' anniversary party.

Well over ten years later, we're more than happy to say we think we have what we always wanted. 

Bill's in the kitchen, Mindy's at the counter, and Kelly's waiting to take your order. Come and see us, taste what we do. There's pride in every dish that we serve.
